We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of amount received on payment gateway as under.

Online payments shall only be accepted through third party payment gateway, linked into the bank account of www.Kingsseafoods.com. Third party standard terms and conditions regarding payments will also apply in addition to the following terms. The processing of payment may take time. A payment shall be said to have been made or received only upon the amount being credited to www.Kingsseafoods.com bank account. All payments shall be made and received in INR only. We at www.Kingsseafoods.com strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. There is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs. However, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase; complete support would be given to you regarding the same.

If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Unless you submit the claim to us within 7 days after the payment, you will have waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related to the transaction.

If you experience a technical failure or interruption of service that causes your funding transaction to fail, you may request that your transaction be completed at a later time.

All service / transaction charges / processing fee for payments made or received by www.Kingsseafoods.com shall be borne by the person making the payment. In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders on same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. In case if you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately. The refund process will be initiated and the same will be emailed to you immediately.
However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if you can cancel your orders within 30 minutes of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately call our Call Centre / Helpline number 9884833033 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if www.Kingsseafoods.com team finds your payments have not been received. In case the payment for the order is not made, www.Kingsseafoods.com will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

Beyond 30 minutes from the time of placing order no refund/cancellation request for the payment made by any person will be entertained i.e. after the payment is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
